Before the goods are shipped, you can cancel your order at any time, and we will arrange a refund for you. After the goods are dispatched, we will not accept returns except for quality issues.

If you receive goods with quality issues, please contact us at petfunny.service@gmail.com, and we will arrange a no-questions-asked return for you.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept goods returned to us without a return request.

Damage and Issues

Please check immediately upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make corrections.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund on the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that shipping fees and other additional services are non-refundable, and it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
